About

Fostering exploration, curiosity, and growth

ABOUT ME I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor practicing in Williston, Vermont. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychological and Brain Sciences from Johns Hopkins University and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Saint Michael's College. Outside of work, love going on walks around town with my husband and son, enjoy a nice round of disc golf, and can often be found laughing loudly with friends and family. HOW I WORK I aim to provide opportunities for exploration in our sessions to support an increased understanding of current issues. Together, we can unearth and enhance skills to navigate the areas of your life that matter most to you. I hold a relational lens and believe that relationships are key components of our overall health and wellness. While some relational patterns promote trust, respect, and openness, other patterns may contribute to pain and conflict. I primarily work with adolescents and young adults, but also provide parent and caregiver support and family counseling for family units that include adolescents/young adults. My style of therapy can be described as person-centered and relationally-focused. I recognize the importance of diverse perspectives, abilities, and life experiences, and actively strive to incorporate anti-oppressive principles and practices daily. I use a strength-based approach to bring forth each individual’s innate creativity, resilience, and insight. I may be a good fit if you are looking to explore and understand your relationships - whether that be within family relationships or friendships - and hope to feel more connected, empowered, and at ease in your relationships. Note: I currently do not provide couples counseling. I hope to one day increase my skillset to support romantic relationships!
